Plans and limits
Tidehawk is priced per workspace, in pounds sterling, with a client limit on each plan.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout through Stripe Tax, and EU business customers with a valid VAT identification number are reverse-charged.
For the first 20 workspaces the prices are lower and locked for 24 months. See Founder pricing.
What is included
Section titled “What is included”Starter includes:
- 50 clients
- Unlimited domains and certificates per client
- Certificate auto-discovery, with no agent to install
- Domain expiry tracking
- All PSA integrations: HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne and Syncro
- Email alerts with configurable thresholds
- PDF and CSV reports
- Audit log and two-factor authentication
Growth includes everything in Starter, plus:
- 150 clients
- Custom alert rules per client
- Multi-PSA routing, so different clients can use different PSAs
- Executive summary emails on Monday mornings
- Priority support
Scale includes everything in Growth, plus:
- 500 clients
- White-label reports
- A dedicated Slack support channel
- An SLA
- Onboarding assistance
Enterprise is a custom contract for more than 500 clients, with volume-based pricing, a custom SLA, a dedicated account manager and priority onboarding. Use the contact page at https://tidehawk.co/contact to discuss it.
Client limits are hard caps
Section titled “Client limits are hard caps”A client is one end-customer you manage. Each client can hold unlimited domains and certificates, so the cap counts organisations, not assets.
The limit is a hard cap, enforced in the database on every path that creates a client, including bulk import and onboarding discovery. When you reach it, adding another client fails with a message naming your plan, its limit and your current count.
Archived clients do not count towards the limit, so freeing a slot is immediate.
When you approach the limit
Section titled “When you approach the limit”The Billing page shows your current client count against your plan limit. If you try to add a client past the cap, Tidehawk sends you to Billing with a banner explaining what you hit. Upgrading takes effect immediately and Stripe pro-rates your card for the remainder of the billing period.
