Your trial and upgrading
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day free trial. No card is required to sign up.
What the trial includes
Section titled “What the trial includes”The trial gives you the full product: certificate discovery, domain expiry tracking, alert rules, PSA integrations, reports and the audit log. Nothing is held back behind a paywall during the trial, and the client limit is set generously so an evaluation does not stall part-way through.
Your Billing page shows the status Trial and the date the trial ends, with the number of days remaining.
Reminders before the trial ends
Section titled “Reminders before the trial ends”Tidehawk emails the workspace owners twice:
- Three days before the trial ends.
- One day before the trial ends.
The Billing page also changes tone as the date approaches. Inside seven days it says “Trial ends in N days”, and inside three days it warns that the trial expires shortly and asks you to add a payment method.
Choose a plan
Section titled “Choose a plan”- Open Billing.
- Under Choose a plan, compare Starter, Growth and Scale.
- Select the plan you want.
- Complete checkout in Stripe, including your billing address.
Checkout is available to owners and admins. You are taken to Stripe, and back to Tidehawk when payment succeeds.
If you subscribe before the trial ends, the remainder of your trial is honoured. Stripe keeps the subscription in a trialling state until the original end date and bills you from then, so you are not charged twice for the same fortnight.

What happens at trial end
Section titled “What happens at trial end”If you have not chosen a plan when the trial ends, the workspace moves through three stages.

Tidehawk emails the owners when the trial lapses into read-only, when monitoring stops, and again seven days before the data is deleted.
Restarting after a lapse
Section titled “Restarting after a lapse”Open Billing and choose a plan. The plan cards stay on the page for read-only, suspended and cancelled workspaces precisely so you can restart without help. Paying clears any scheduled deletion and brings monitoring back.
