The dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you land on after signing in. Panels that have nothing to report are hidden rather than shown empty, so a quiet workspace shows a short page.

The top line greets you by name and sums up the state of the workspace in one sentence. It reads one of three ways:

  • a count of critical certificates, with a warning count beside it when there is one,
  • a count of renewals due in the next 30 days, when nothing is critical yet,
  • All clear — nothing urgent.

Beside it sit five figures: Healthy as a percentage of all certificates, Critical for anything expired or within 7 days, Warning for anything within 30 days, Open alerts awaiting action, and Scans · 24h with how many of those scans turned up new certificates.

Each card is a link into a filtered view of the certificate inventory.

Card What it counts Where it goes
Total active Every active certificate The full inventory
Expiring ≤ 30d Certificates inside the warning window Inventory filtered to warning
Critical ≤ 7d Certificates expired or inside 7 days Inventory filtered to critical
Auto-renew rate Share of certificates on the auto-renewing track Inventory filtered to that track

A triage queue of everything approaching or past expiry, most urgent first. The panel is hidden entirely when nothing needs attention. All n certificates takes you to the inventory.

The certificates and domains you have starred, with their expiry countdown. The subtitle says “only you see this list” because stars are personal to your user account, not shared with your team. Star a row from the certificate inventory to add it here. The panel is hidden until you star something.

These two sit side by side and appear only when there is something to show.

PSA tickets lists tickets raised from your alert rules, with a count of open alerts and a link to the alert queue. Today’s plan gathers what is scheduled and upcoming: automatic renewals due in the next 30 days, open alerts to review, and manual renewals coming up. When all three are empty it reads “Nothing scheduled — all clear.”

A table of your active clients with industry, certificate count and certificate health, so you can see which client is carrying the risk. All clients → opens the client list.

The first time you open the dashboard, a welcome panel offers a guided walkthrough. It steps through eleven parts of the interface in turn: the dashboard, quick search, alert notifications, certificates, clients, alerts, PSA integrations, reports, the audit log, team and settings. Each step highlights the real element on screen and explains what it is for. You can leave the tour at any point.

To run it again, open Settings, find Interactive walkthrough, and select Replay tour.
